I like to think that I am a curious risk-taker.

I have the ultimate salesman point of view; the glass is always half full! I look at the world as an opportunity to grow my knowledge and meet new people. With very, very few exceptions I’ve loved every job that I’ve had and always thought about how I could advance at that company.

I’m not willing to settle for, “good enough”. I want to be, along with my team, all in, otherwise why do it? I listen well and notice non-verbal cues that give me insight on what people really want in any given situation.

My brilliant difference is to bring ambitious confidence to my team. The direct response business is getting harder every day. Viewership is more fragmented than ever! Marketers need to develop a personalized experience for each customer, we work everyday to make smart decisions so that marketers and content platforms connect with viewers.

My positive, persistent, and consensus building approach to any situation leads to outcomes in which all participants feel empowered and respected.

I bring an approach that results in clear goals and strategy/tactics to achieve them. This begins with partnering with our clients to be sure that we know exactly how they define success. It could be product sales, website traffic, or salvations, but we need to know what those KPIs are so that we can create a plan to deliver for them. Clearly defining success and then building consensus with my team on how we get there without distraction is my super power.
