I consider myself to be resourceful problem solver.
It’s not my style to “shoot from the hip” and I’m not a big believer in change for change’s sake. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Being an innovator, however, I do “think outside the box” and if I see an opportunity to improve a process and make it better or more efficient, I will…through a thoughtful, rational approach.
My brilliant difference is to bring thoughtful solutions to the table via a fresh perspective, curious analysis and a track record of improving efficiencies and processes.
Approaches to media vary and there is no “one size fits all” strategy. Even though one may think they have the best solution for a given predicament, it will fail without proper insight. Insight gained from an often-overlooked skill, active listening. I fully agree with Hemingway, who said “When people talk listen completely…I have learned a great deal from listening carefully. Most people never listen.”. Through active listening – and my deliberate approach – I am frequently able to find a solution when presented with challenges.
Our job is to make our clients better. We achieve this by being evolutionary (via deliberate innovation) and revolutionary (via distinguished ideas), with the result being a one-stop resource/solution.
My mantra is simple, do what you say you’re going to do; and do it with clarity, tenacity, and a level-headed mindset. The ability to bring composer like consistency is what creates trust and loyalty, both with co-workers and clients.
Whether it’s internally or externally, my approach starts with effectively assessing needs. Once I fully understand the challenges being faced, I formulate a plan and find a solution. I do this by attaining accurate data, capably analyzing the data, and thoughtfully considering the results; and then determining the best course of action that will lead to success.
